 Volunteers put a new layer of paint on the Japanese midget submarine at the visitor center.You or your group can volunteer with the National Park Service and help care for our special places. As a volunteer, you will represent the National Park Service, work in unique settings, preserve this country’s natural and cultural legacy, and help visitors discover the resources, meanings, and values found in your national parks.

Pictures are of my boat after GS4 destroyed it broke off the sail and the hydrofoils and I have been living on Nimitz Hill the last year and my residence at GT is an ongoing Court matter. GS4 is the winner of this battle BUT the war for the people of Guam goes on against the puppets (such as FLETCHER) of the rich white men WHO stole Guam from the Chamorro people and now own GS4 and PAY the puppets WHO think it’s okay because they give them jobs paying one penny from every million dollars they STEAL but feel free to explain why you had to destroy my boat rather than letting me Sail Away

And the sale to Pacific star of GT land that now holds their tennis courts and wedding chapel was a serious crime by the bosses people like this Fletcher work for and abuse the Chamorro people.

I have relatives very high up in GS4 and they wrongfully despise the Chamorro people, pointing out that they can pay some of them like this FLETCHER to abuse their own people but they only know people like this Fletcher. And they do not know the truly awesome Chamorro people

To Briefly summarize the story I was illegally forced out of GT as retaliation for exposing crimes of g h u r a but I took 100,000 pages of evidence to the feds and HUD of Hawaii which resulted in 2 directors Marcel Camacho and ray topasna leaving and commissioner Roland Selvidge leaving and their attorney Mark Smith along with other criminal predators who are abusing the people of Guam and stealing their land so check out the court case documents on my website www.rayis.me

GS4 security plans to kill me this morning I have arranged live video and I have an inside tip they plan that it will be a Chokehold or a þullet.
They know I am using this disabled ladies boat to uncover their up crimes so they are going to remove the boat after damaging it so it can’t sail and I have vowed to defend this disabled ladies boat which is at her residence.
