SHORT TITLE This Act may be cited as the “Universal Basic Income Act of 2025”. SECTION 2. PURPOSE To reduce poverty, stabilize the economy, and support human dignity in the age of automation. SECTION 3. BENEFIT All U.S. citizens aged 18 or older shall receive $1,200 monthly, tax-free, unconditionally. SECTION 4.
