Have you tried writing letters to congressmen and
senators in the states? Those are virtually some of
the most powerful people in the world. You are not
going to make them do anything, but if they see an
opportunity for political gain, they will be all over
it.

My approach to LLMs is very different from all others. I have about 5000 weights per sub-LLM, and I need 2000 sub-LLMs to cover the entire human knowledge. Doable on a laptop.
