your employee abuses me

Subject: Formal Complaint and Notice of Escalation – Employee "Jane Doe"

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally document a multi-year pattern of targeted harassment, disability discrimination, and malicious retaliation by an employee at your Regal Guam Megaplex location (identified here as "Jane Doe").

Despite my status as a long-term customer, this employee has consistently subjected me to sarcastic insults and hostility. On numerous occasions, she refused to provide basic assistance with the Regal app—assistance necessitated by a visual impairment she was well aware of. When I attempted to de-escalate her hostility with a compliment, she responded with further ableist derision regarding my sight.

This situation reached a breaking point when I prepared a formal lawsuit and delivered it to the General Manager, Mr. J.M. Milan. My intent was restorative: I requested that he present the document to her and informed him that if she offered a sincere apology, the suit would not be filed.

Rather than addressing the behavior, the employee escalated by fabricating a criminal allegation, falsely claiming I was recording a movie. She further leveraged this lie to involve law enforcement and initiate a restraining order against me.

This employee should have been terminated long ago for the following:

• Discrimination: Making repeated, sarcastic remarks regarding a guest’s disability.

• Hostility: Refusing service and mocking attempts at de-escalation.

• Malicious Retaliation: Filing false reports of criminal activity to cover for her own documented professional misconduct.

Regal Cinemas has a legal and ethical obligation to provide an environment free from discrimination and retaliation. I expect a formal response regarding the steps being taken to rectify this situation and ensure this individual no longer has the platform to harass disabled patrons.

Sincerely,

Clifford Ray Hacket 671-456-6963
