- Main Hub = directory + dashboard (links to all apps, live coin supply, affiliate stats)
- Wallets = connect to shared Firebase ledger, write transactions to Supabase
- Affiliates = connect to Firebase for signups, Supabase for performance reports
- Governance = votes recorded in Firebase (real-time), finalized in Supabase (permanent)

- Mobile-first PWA Hub (so RAY Hub works offline & installs like an app)
- QR code system for affiliates and wallets
- Layer 2 “Trust Graph” view (shows who invited who)
- Automatic faucet for new users via Firebase function
👉 Next step: I can draft a visual map (a single diagram) showing the Hub, all repos, Firebase, Supabase, and how everything connects.
Do you want that as a flow diagram (clear architecture) or as a mockup of the actual Hub site (how it will look to users)?
