MOTION TO ADD DEFENDANTS

Comes now the Plaintiff, and respectfully moves the Court for leave to add additional defendants to this action. This motion is made on the grounds that the proposed defendants are believed to be jointly or severally liable for the matters alleged in the complaint and their inclusion is necessary for a complete adjudication of the issues.

This request is made in the interest of justice and judicial efficiency, and no prejudice will result to the existing parties.

WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff prays that the Court grant this motion and permit the addition of the named parties as defendants in this case.
