**Trust Agreement of the Clifford Ray Hackett Trust**
### Article I: Establishment of Trust
I, Clifford Ray Hackett, residing in Guam, hereby establish the Clifford Ray Hackett Trust ("the Trust") as of 2025 January1.
### Article II: Identification of Trustor and Trustee
– **Trustor:** Clifford Ray Hackett
– **Trustee:** Clifford Ray Hackett
### Article III: Trust Property
The property of the Trust shall consist solely of the following:
1. All bank of Guam accounts currently held in my name
All future deposits shall be directed into the aforementioned bank accounts, and thereby become part of the Trust property.
### Article IV: Purpose of the Trust
The purpose of the Trust is to manage and preserve the assets during my lifetime and to provide for the transfer of these assets upon my death as detailed in Article V.
### Article V: Distribution of Trust Property Upon Death
Upon my death, the Trustee shall:
1. Liquidate all assets held in the Trust, including bank accounts.
2. Transfer the total sum of the Trust’s assets to establish the "Clifford Hackett Scholarship Fund" ("the Scholarship Fund").
3. The Scholarship Fund shall be used to provide financial support to my children, while working or pursuing studies in artificial intelligence.
### Article VI: Successor Trustee
In the event of my death or incapacitation, I appoint my GUAM-Born daughter Faith Ray Hackett as the Successor Trustee. The Successor Trustee shall have the authority to manage the Trust and carry out the instructions provided herein.
### Article VII: Powers of the Trustee
The Trustee shall have the following powers:
1. To manage, invest, and reinvest the Trust property as they deem appropriate.
2. To pay any debts, taxes, or expenses related to the Trust property.
3. To execute documents and take actions necessary to fulfill the purposes of the Trust.
### Article VIII: Governing Law
This Trust shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guam
### Article IX: Revocation or Amendment
I reserve the right to revoke or amend this Trust during my lifetime, provided that such revocation or amendment is executed in writing and signed by me.
### Article X: Signatures and Execution
