Not sure how she escaped from Philippines, prison but their system says she is still there serving a life sentence, but she actually forged my name and forged fake marriage documents and got into USA and is now living in Colorado and my kids do not qualify as citizens by your law that require them to be in my custody so I need an answer of yes, or no if none of these crimes will ever be penalized
