APPEAL

Fema made me sign documents acknowledging that the value of my TENT support kit was over $10,000 After TYPHOON YUTU on Saipan and then I paid $2300 to ship that from Saipan to Guam to be used as my residence and used it until TYPHOON MAWAR on Guam and I was both living in it and building my SEASTEAD house Under it. BUT regardless of my SEAstead house, how can FEMA say that tent had no value when they made me sign a document saying the value was over $10,000? I have documented verifiable proof of what I had that Fema is denying. Please consider my appeal and tell me what more documents you need.
