MOTION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS
Plaintiff Clifford Ray Hacket hereby states that the Defendant Judge John Dean unlawfully and without authority, and acting outside of the jurisdiction of his office and of the 11thJDC Court, illegally claimed jurisdiction over Colorado residents and ordered a Colorado resident (Clifford Ray Hackett) to pay another Colorado resident (Jacqueline HAckett) (CONVICT with life sentence in Philippines) $549 MONTHLY of his total $600 MONTHLY Social Security income over 92
Percent child, support, as she had three of his many children, Despite many motions to recuse amid claims from Mrs. Hackett that she controlled judge by sex and money.
The actions of the defendant judge exceeded his authority and jurisdiction and is therefore erroneous, and if allowed to stand Will continue to cause death of Plaintiffs children from starvation and will operate to inflict a grevious, immediate and irreparable harm to the plaintiff, and will operate to violate the constitutional rights of the plaintiff to be free of forfeiture of his personal property without due process of law.
The plaintiff seeks a Writ of Mandamus directing the Defendant Judge to:
1) vacate his order Seizing the funds of the plaintiff
2) order the Defendant Judge to order Durango Colorado child support enforcement to pay over to the plaintiff herein the amount of funds which the plaintiff had Lost because of the illegal order .
In the alternative, the plaintiff seeks a Writ of Prohibition against said defendant judge if the context otherwise requires such relief in order to obtain the relief to which he is entitled.
