Only owners can put trespassing charges. Cops can remove people but not stuff and people have a right to their stuff so they can come back in and the cycle circle will begin again. And besides that ownership is in dispute and there are liens on the property which are supposed to be taken care of before each sale and have not been So because of the ownership dispute none of these supposed owners can put trespassing charges–
