Choose a Document Type

Choose which document you would like to use in order to determine your loan amount. Our application will help you provide the right information from the documents you select.

Tax Document

Use your business tax return you most recently filed. This includes one of the following: 1040 Schedule C, 1120-S, 1065, 1120, and 990 for non-profits. In addition, you may also need form 941/940.

CARES Act Report

If your business uses a payroll provider such as Paychex, ADP, Gusto, or other similar company, this is a great option for you because those companies may have reports that help with many of the calculations.
