Plaintiff is entitled to an order quieting title to the

subject property, and none of the Defendants have any right, title, claim, lien or interest in the subject property.

ORDER:

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED

1. That the title to the above referenced property is quieted and Plaintiff is recognized as holding fee simple title to the property;

2. That none of the above named Defendants, nor any parties claiming under the above named

Defendants, have any right, title, claim, interest or lien in or to the subject property;

3. That a copy of this Order shall be filed at Guam Department of Land Management.
