MOTION TO INTERVENE

For the reasons stated hetein Clifford Ray Hackett requests that the Court permit his intervention as a matter of right in this action under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 24(a)(2) or under Rule 24(b). If granted permission to intervene under either provision, Clifford Ray Hackett has a proposed motion to intervene as plaintiff.
