*These states require their residents to obtain a permit in their home states to carry concealed legally in their home state. Keep-in-mind though, even without your home state permit, you can still travel legally concealed in the other 28 states.
For Residents of IA, GA, AL, and MS you will apply through your home state as they either accept online training or don’t require any to get your permit/license. You’re able to get both permits if it adds a state you don’t get with your home state.
