THE LEAD STORY – ‘A DISGRACEFUL SITUATION’: President Trump reacted angrily to news that federal agents had raided the office and home of his personal attorney, Michael Cohen, calling the action "disgraceful" and describing special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation as "an attack on our country." … "It’s a disgraceful situation. It’s a total witch hunt," said Trump. The president also accused Mueller’s investigators of being "the most biased group of people with the biggest conflicts of interest"and said Attorney General Jeff Sessions "made a terrible mistake for the country" when he recused himself from overseeing the Russia investigation. A source close to the White House told Fox News’ John Roberts that the raid showed that the Mueller investigation "is out of control" and was a "demonstration of bad faith" on the part of the special counsel.
A ‘FORCEFUL’ RESPONSE FROM THE U.S. IS COMING: President Trump told reporters theU.S. would respond "forcefully" to this past weekend’s suspected chemical attack in Syria, but declined to discuss when such a response would occur … "We’re making a decision as to what we do with respect to the horrible attack that was made near Damascus, and it will be met and it will be met forcefully," the president said at the top of a meeting with top military leaders at the White House. "When, I will not say because I don’t like talking about timing." The meeting’s attendees included Vice President Mike Pence, Defense Secretary Jim Mattis, new National Security Adviser John Bolton, and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Joseph Dunford. Trump said the group was "going to make a decision tonight or very shortly thereafter and you’ll be hearing the decision."
FACE TIME ON THE HILL FOR ZUCKERBERG: Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is expected to be grilled by lawmakers Tuesday about the privacy scandal that has rocked the social media giant … Zuckerberg is set to testify at a joint hearing of the Senate Judiciary and Commerce, Science and Transportation committees. He then testifies Wednesday before the House Energy and Commerce Committee. Appearing on Capitol Hill Monday ahead of his scheduled testimony, the Facebook co-founder appeared contrite and apologetic about allowing data-mining company Cambridge Analytica to get the personal information from at least 87 million users. "Looking back, it’s clear we were too slow identifying election interference in 2016, and we need to do better in future elections," Zuckerberg said in an open letter posted on Facebook to its 2.2 billion users minutes before he met privately with senators.
CHINA EXTENDS TARIFF OLIVE BRANCH?: China’s President Xi Jinping appeared to strike a conciliatory tone during a speech where he promised to cut China’s auto import tariffs and ease restrictions on foreign ownership in its auto industry as tensions play out with Washington over tariffs … Xi made no direct mention of the dispute with President Donald Trump but pledged to open China’s markets further and improve conditions for foreign companies. He warned against having a "Cold War" mentality, which he called outdated, according to Bloomberg.
HANNITY AND KIMMEL AGREE TO DISAGREE: Sean Hannity invited Jimmy Kimmel to come onto ‘Hannity’ and agreed it was time for them top ‘move on" after their heated Twitter exchange over the ABC late-night TV host’s mocking of first lady Melania Trump and lewd jokes about President Trump … Hannity said that Kimmel’s apology seemed sincere but also appeared to be geared more toward the gay community, which was offended by homosexual jokes about President Trump. COMPLAINT: Comes now the plaintiff, Clifford “RAY” Hackett, pro se, and says:

PARTIES:

1. Plaintiff, Clifford “RAY” Hackett, is a US citizen hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff".
2. Defendant Maureen O’Donnell is the manager of Hilo Social Security office at 111 puainako, Hilo, HI 96720 and may be served summons at 111 puainako, Hilo, HI 96720 fax 8085413536 and is hereinafter referred to as “Maureen.”
3. Defendant, Jacqueline Hackett, the EX spouse of the plaintiff, is an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT, A FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE, WITH A LIFE SENTENCE in her country, the philippines AND RESIDES at: Hilton Hotel Durango 501 Camino Del Rio, Durango, Colorado, 81301, and may be served summons at: Hilton Hotel Durango 501 Camino Del Rio, Durango, Colorado, 81301, or fax# 9702594398 and is hereinafter referred to as “Jaki.”
4. Defendant, 11th Judicial District court, is a New Mexico Government entity with primary offices located at 103 South Oliver Drive, Aztec, NM 87410. This defendant, at all times mentioned herein, acted through its agent Judge John Dean. District Court and Judge John Dean may be served summons at the Clerk of the Court 103 South Oliver Drive, Aztec, NM 87410, or fax 5053341940 and are both herein after referred to as “the court.”

E. PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

Defendants violated numerous national laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations, including but not limited to: due process, right not to be deprived of property under the 5th amendment (as incorporated to the states through the 14th amendment) and plaintiff’s right to be heard which was denied by the court. The overt acts of fraud and collusion in this matter which were engaged in by the defendants to deprive plaintiff of his assets include, but are not limited to: ordering plaintiff’s social security garnished without a proper basis for doing so, the court granting Mrs Hackett excessive child support without a proper basis for doing so, and Mr. Hackett should be reimbursed by the Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection (LFCP) for the dishonest conduct of the lawyers and judges in this matter.This case warrants claims involving tort of outrage, bad faith, outrageous government conduct and manifest injustice. The defendant’s acts and failures to act are criminal in nature as they are indicative of legalized stealing from the plaintiff, and depict “the dagger of an assassin” in their actions toward him. Accordingly, plaintiff is justified in alleging each of the following claims against the defendants.
F. CAUSES OF ACTION: Violations of Plaintiffs’ 5th Amendment Rights (as incorporated via 14th Amendment)
7. The conduct of the defendants constitutes a violation of plaintiff’s rights under the 5th Amendment to the United States Constitution, as incorporated to the States through the 14th Amendment.
8. The defendants owed plaintiff a duty under the 5th and 14th Amendments not to violate his rights under the United States Constitution as a citizen of the United States. The defendant’s fraud denied plaintiff due process of law.
9. The conduct of the defendants to participate in a conspiracy to deprive plaintiff of his income and assets and his right to be heard was an obvious interference with attorney/client privilege.
10. Plaintiff relied in good faith that the judge would act legally and ethically.
11. The illegal and unethical conduct of the defendants constitutes denial of plaintiff’s due process rights under the 5th and 14th Amendments to the United States Constitution.
12. The defendants breached plaintiff’s rights and willfully deprived him of his property and his right to be heard.
13. Due to defendant’s deprivation of plaintiff’s rights, plaintiff has suffered damages.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff respectfully requests judgments of the court against all of the defendants awarding to plaintiff (i) damages for each defendant; (ii) pre- and post-judgment interest; (iv) costs, including reasonable attorney fees for this action; and (v) any other relief deemed just and equitable by the court.
14. The conduct of the defendants to deprive plaintiff of his assets, including but not limited to: denying Plaintiff an attorney although plaintiff’s liberty was at risk, while granting his wife an attorney although her liberty was not at risk, dragging Plaintiff’s divorce out indefinitely and convincing other defendants to “go along with the game,” constitutes civil conspiracy and/or collusion.
15. By participating in the plan to deprive Plaintiff of his assets, the defendants acted with the intent of engaging in illegal and unethical activities to deplete plaintiff of his assets which included his life’s work and savings, having full knowledge that such acts were certain to result in injury to plaintiff.
16. The conduct of all of the defendants set forth herein constitutes civil conspiracy and collusion.
17. Due to defendants’ civil conspiracy and collusion, plaintiff has been damaged

WHEREFORE, plaintiff respectfully requests judgments of the court against all of the defendants awarding to plaintiff (i) damages from each defendant; (ii) pre- and post-judgment interest; (iii) costs, including reasonable attorney fees, for this action; (iv) injunctive relief enjoining all defendants from continuing the intentional infliction of emotional distress; and (v) any other relief deemed just and equitable by the court.

1994:
Ray met Jaki after following her to a Muslim terrorist training camp.
1995:
Ray learned of and informed FBI and NBI and PNP of a Terror plan (put 911 plan Link here) to attack USA, which would use airplanes to crash into targets and the target list options included the Pentagon, the World Trade Center, the Empire State Building, and others.
1998:
Jaki, while working as a prostitute, knew Ray as a customer and talked in her sleep about the Terror plan but convinced him she converted from Islam to Christianity and was no longer involved in the plan to attack USA. Jackie was pregnant, but in anger at Ray for buying a bus ticket instead of an airplane ticket for her, got what is known as a killer massage to break up the baby, causing abortion. Jackie told Ray The bus ride caused abortion
2000:
Jaki made a business proposition to Ray that they would marry, make babies, go to USA, and use EIC money to build houses in the Philippines for their children. (Put confession Link here) Ray did not know this was marriage fraud, a Class 6 felony but Jackie knew.
2001:
Ray kept on warning the FBI about the upcoming attack on USA But was always ignored and finally decided to fly to USA and visit FBI personally. Ray got a ticket on Cathay Pacific Airlines for September 10 in Manila which was September 11, the attack date in USA. When Ray checked in for his flight, Manila airport workers informed Ray all flights were cancelled to USA that day because of a terror attack.
2002:
Jackie was pregnant and Ray married her, but Jackie made the marriage fraudulent as she had her aunt Magnolia’s signiture forged as a witness, but Ray was unaware of this.
2003:
Ray continued his mission of making free schools for poor children. Ray did this with great success worldwide especially in China and India. The total sum of students in his schools hovers around 1 billion students yearly.
2004:
Jackie coerced girls at one of Ray’s schools to ask for money from people online and when Ray found out Ray banned the guilty girls from the school. Those girls and Jackie conspired with the police to extort money from Ray with false charges. The plan backfired because when the police found out Ray had no money they put jackie in jail with Ray charging both Jackie and Ray with (case 6738) human trafficking.
2006:
Unown to Ray, Jackie and her attorney Josephine Ducusin bribed the judge to dismiss the case.
2007-2008:
Ray arrived in USA. Jackie arrived in USA, but was detained by ICE agents because many men complained about her defrauding them of money by Leading them to believe they were her one and only boyfriend who she was coming to USA to meet. ICE agents allowed her to call those men and ask them not to press charges and they agreed so ICE agents allowed Jackie to continue her trip, reuniting with Ray and their two daughters Hazel and Faye and they made another boy baby and named him Norman Ray Hackett. Jackie had been accustomed to getting 50 pesos for sex in the Philippines which is one US dollar and found out in USA she could get $1,000 instead of just $1 each time, and so she refused to stop prostituting herself. When Ray insisted she stop, she threatened to kill him with poison and then poisoned him twice in December 2007 and January 2008 (put medical records link here) Ray agreed to give Jackie 50% custody of the children so that Ray and Jackie could both have housing; Ray in California and Jackie in Colorado. Jackie broke the agreement and followed Ray to California. Ray made an ideal setup as rent was paid automatically and Albertsons grocery store delivered groceries to the door and the school bus picked up and dropped off the children at the front gate.
2009:
Corrupt Philippines government officials contacted Ray and threatened to have the case dismissal overturned unless Ray went to the Philippines and accessed incriminating information from Philippines government computer systems about the Philippines president and the governor of Mindanao. Ray went, got the information, was removed from the case 6738, and agreed to travel to a press conference with 100 reporters and present the information and a better person to be governor, but the current governor was informed of the plan, and met the Convoy (which Ray’s bus had broken down and dropped out of) and killed all the reporters and those traveling with them. Ray escaped to Guam the nearest part of USA. Meanwhile in USA Jackie lied to Ray’s relatives, telling them he abandoned her and the kids and they had no food. This was just a manipulation to get full custody of the children and set Ray’s relatives against him. From reliable sources, Ray learned Jackie did not convert from Islam but is in TAQIYA a Muslim term for Deep Cover disguise as she is part of a Sleeper Cell that will attack USA WATER SUPPLY WITH POISON and this is from the same sources that warned of the 911 terror attack in 1994, which information Ray provided to FBI, NBI, and PNP in 1995 and was ignored until the attack happened so talk about deja vu!
2010:
Josephine Ducusin, former attorney of Jackie, was involved in having the case 6738 dismissal overturned and Jackie threatened that Josephine Ducusin would be killed by poison and that did happen. The relatives of Josephine added murder charges to the case against Jackie and obtained a conviction and a life sentence against Jackie.
2011:
Jackie moved in with a boyfriend in Colorado and the boyfriend also rented an apartment for her in New Mexico to assist with the fraud of a Colorado resident filing a New Mexico case. Ray, aware of this, went to New Mexico and rented the New Mexico apartment from Jackie to prove that she was not staying there and she was living in Colorado. Ray informed the court of this (Put New Mexico Court case link here)but the fraud prevailed nonetheless, even though the court was aware the money kept Ray’s children alive in the Philippines and so was thes New Mexico judicial standards committee who refused to act on Ray’s complaint against the judge, so Ray’s kids continue to die from starvation even though just a few people asking Jackie to stop the fraud would do it; they all refuse to say anything, believing that Ray’s kids aren’t real or if they are real, there are too many and some should die.
