All red lights are safe deboarding if the bus is in the right-hand Lane. grta claims some red lights are not safe while at the same time having less safe red lights as official bus stops. If your attorney is advising you this will stand in court one of my first motions will be that your attorney should be disbarred for incompetence. My suggested solution is that you allow request stops as required by ATA law and or allow deboarding at all red lights.I have until July 14th to file an amended complaint in the current lawsuit I urge you to be reasonable and comply rather than waste money and then be forced to comply. And since you want this in a document I will do that also.
