*Baby born May 8th 2016, didn’t hear about it till getting served papers 2 1/2 months later
* first time seeing baby was over Skype
* Mother only allowed 10% custody for father, Tue/Thur/Fri/ 3:30-7 Sun 10-4
* Baby showed up dirty, with bruises or scratches
* Mother refuses to co parent at all
* Mother has called police on 3 exchanges and lied to police
* Mother has mental problems and refuses to seek help
*Mother was sexually abused by brother and cousin and has not had counseling
* Mother admitted to lying about restraining order
* Judge refuses to punish her for lying to the court, throwing out false accusations about father and family
* Has taken the baby to the doctor at least 30 times in his life, he’s only 1
* Has black in mold in house and has had bronchitis almost all his life
* Judge doesn’t care about babies health
