(afc) Excerpts of order: "Plaintiff’s civil rights claims against the Eleventh District Court, Judge Dean, and O’Donnell in her official capacity are dismissed with prejudice, and these claims may not be amended. "Plaintiff’s civil rights claims against O’Donnell in her individual capacity and against Mrs. Hackett are dismissed without prejudice, however, and Plaintiff is granted leave to amend to cure the deficiencies identified [in the order]." "Plaintiff must file an amended complaint, if he chooses to do so, addressing the deficiencies identified…no later than May 20, 2016. Failure to file an amended complaint by May 20, 2016 will result in automatic dismissal of action without prejudice." Court further notes that all of Plaintiff’s documents in this case have been transmitted by fax and that the Clerk of Court has sent notices to Plaintiff both by United States Postal Service and by email.
