8 USC § 1431 (2011)

§1431. Children born outside the United States and residing permanently in the United States; conditions under which citizenship automatically acquired

(a) A child born outside of the United States automatically becomes a citizen of the United States when all of the following conditions have been fulfilled:

(1) At least one parent of the child is a citizen of the United States, whether by birth or naturalization.

(2) The child is under the age of eighteen years.

(3) The child is residing in the United States in the legal and physical custody of the citizen parent pursuant to a lawful admission for permanent residence.

A prostitute (Jacqueline Hackett)made a business proposition to me (Clifford Hackett) as she explained, we would marry, have kids, take them to USA, she would work and we could use EIC from the tax returns to build houses for the kids and build a business. I did not know that was illegal. I also did not know that she made our marriage faked by forging documents, signing her aunt’s name as a witness but her aunt was not there. Now that I know that was illegal, I am reporting it as I reported that the marriage fraud (Forged signature of her aunt) before.

(Immigration and Nationality Act § 275(c); 8 U.S. Code § 1325(c)) states that perpetrators can face prison, a fine, or both, as follows:

Any individual who knowingly enters into a marriage for the purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws shall be imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or fined not more than $250,000, or both.

“Knowingly” on her part unknowingly on mine. Also the children have not been with me as required by law.
