Public Law 108-188 Guam’s Deportation power

Congress gave the Governor of Guam power to deport:

Public Law 108-188

Title IV, Immigration

Section 141, paragraph 4
(F) (1) no means of support, deportable.

(G) Governor of the Territory of Guam has authority to deport as long it’s not a reason under the Immigration and Nationality Act (see ‘f’) or exercise of authority is lawful under a statute or regulation of such Territory
